Announcement regarding product safety

ISO TRADE sp. z o.o., based in Legnica, hereby informs that the product: electric nail file, model: no. JMD-302, EAN: 5902802901903, does not meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of December 21, 2016 on the essential requirements for the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, due to the presence of lead in the product in quantities exceeding the permissible weight concentration, which poses a threat to human health and the environment. The announcement is published in connection with proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
