We inform you that the product LED night light with motion sensor Izoxis 24240, Model ZN01, EAN 5904463314924 has been withdrawn from sale. During an inspection, lead was found in soldered components in concentrations exceeding the limits permitted by EU regulations (RoHS). In accordance with the requirements of the REACH regulation, we are obliged to inform you about the content of this substance in the product.

ISO TRADE sp. z o.o., based in Legnica, hereby informs that the product: Kitchen scale 2kg - WK3465 “Ruhhy”, EAN code 5902367978785, batch number 2304103465, has been found to be non-compliant with the ROHS Directive 2011/65/EU due to exceeding the permissible amount of lead. The product has been questioned by the German Market Surveillance Authority and withdrawn from sale.

JMD-302, EAN: 5902802901903, does not meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of December 21, 2016 on the essential requirements for the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, due to the presence of lead in the product in quantities exceeding the permissible weight concentration, which poses a threat to human health and the environment. The announcement is published in connection with proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
